I am Jessica and your new Faith-based Neuro-Transformational Coach.
I lived in the mental prison of my own mind for far too long. I was insecure, filled with the curse word of “comparison”, constantly wondering if I was enough. Striving to be enough in all areas of my life led me to a life filled with “success” and “accomplishments” or what seemed like success and accomplishments on the outside. But on the inside, I felt like I always fell short. Like nothing I did would ever be enough.
I’d had a successful career in military, government, and corporate spaces. I had more college degrees than a thermometer, I was an international award-winning Christian author, mother to 3 wonderful children, in a loving marriage, and still I felt “not enough”.
But then…one day, divinely I’m sure appointed by God, I came across Psalm 23:3 and it read, “He restores my soul” and something came alive on the inside of me. For the very first time in my entire life, I felt this little thing called Hope. I looked at the messy broken pieces that represented my life and thought, “Wow, He can restore me. He can restore this.” “It says it right here”, (as I pointed to the scripture I’d come across).
I bought the books, I listened to the podcasts, I studied the Word, and had some victory, but no real freedom. I knew the freedom that I so desperately desired lied in the transformation Paul talked about in the book of Romans, the renewing of the mind. I knew the battle was in my mind and this is where I would need true victory to get to the freedom God had apportioned for me.
I recited the scriptures, I rebuked until my rebuker was broken, but still very little victory. It wasn’t until I came across Dr. Caroline Leaf’s work that was a pivotal moment in my journey. I knew she loved the Lord, which was important to me, and she also loved science. Again, this little thing called Hope was stirring.
I discovered that over the course of 38 years of research, Dr. Leaf has developed what is called the Neurocycle. The Neurocycle is a scientifically researched 5 step process that helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and toxic thinking by up to 81%! Yes, that is a huge, actual proven number! A real proven process to truly renew the mind.
Now, I am on a mission to come along side other born again, God-fearing believers who, although know they are meant for victory in every area of their lives, continue to walk in the dullness of what seems like a never-ending cycle of self-defeating, toxic thinking.
It’s time to take back control of your thoughts and truly renew your mind.
